Bies & Moag1986)提出互動公正(interactional justice)。

互動公正的定義:個人對組織在完成決策以前是否會被公平對待的知覺,
                                包含組織有無與成員相互溝通、參酌成員的意見或體恤成員的立場等。

主要關注執行程序時,人際處理(interpersonal treatment)方式的重要性。

 研究認為參與個體在決定如何對權威形象(即上司)做反應時依靠人際和資訊公正知覺,
     在決定如何對整個組織做反應時依靠程序公正知覺。

  6. can you send me the articles via email .. tomi.rezano @ gmail.com. I'm from Indonesia. My academic research related to the construct of justice. I do not have access to a number of articles and books. In Indonesia, some books are very rare to find and have limited access to some articles.
